Area residents have been bringing their dogs to the Pocksha Canine Club for dog
obedience training since 1965, more than 40 years. We are proud of our long record of
service to the canine community in southeastern Massachusetts.
The Club hosts a number of events during the year, both for the benefit of the surrounding communities,
but also for the enjoyment and participation of club members. These include: In-House Heartworm Clinic,
rabies clinic, fun matches, a summer BBQ, our annual dinner meeting, a Halloween Party/costume contest,
Middleboro Christmas Parade, Holiday Party, Christmas Yankee Swap and pictures with Santa.
Our more agile members and their well trained dogs also march in the Middleboro Christmas Parade and the
July 4th Parade. There's talk of adding the Middleboro Veterans' Day Parade to our roster.
Club fees are very reasonable.
