Our Training Instructor

Long time dog fancier, obedience enthusiast, dog trainer, and passionate advocate of
responsible dog ownership, Charlotte Creeley has been training and competing in AKC
obedience and breed competition with her own dogs since 1986. She began training other people's
dogs shortly thereafter, providing instruction both to individuals and to groups.

Currently engaged as a full time defense attorney, her involvement in dog training is,
of necessity, limited, but, in addition to teaching the beginners and advanced obedience
classes for the Pocksha Canine Club, she also fosters and rehabilitates rescue dogs,
and has counseled owners on dealing with difficult dogs.

In 1999, as the obedience columnist for Dog & Kennel, she was invited by
Fox News Channel in NYC to host a segment on handling
dominant dogs for Pet News.

Three of her dogs were working therapy dogs, certified by Therapy dogs International,
logging over 100 visits at nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, children's hospitals,
Alzheimers facilities, and AIDS units.  In 1995, all three dogs were featured in a
WGBH-Boston television special called "Dog's Best Friend", reflecting on the
importance of the dog/owner bond.

She has been certified as an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator since January, 2002.

She currently shares her Brockton home with her newest AKC competitor, French Bulldog
Cletus, her deaf retired AKC dual titled French Bulldog Stone, and a little
brain damaged Pug named Clovis.
